I have eaten at this location as well as many other BJs restaurants and my meal is always prepared gluten-free, at my request. I’ve never had an issue with my meal not being prepared correctly. The food is always good. Because I travel often, BJs is a safe option wherever I am.

They gladly handed me a very used and gross paper printout of their allergen chart for every item on any menu - including catering. It was gross and difficult to use and compare to the regular menu. Our server had celiac and she was still hardly knowledgeable about what all was safe or not. Its hard enough to have to eat special - you want the food to be good. Mine was not. It was bland. The broccoli was very undercooked and the burger was way overcooked. Terrible

Was excited about the gluten free options but the service was absolutely horrible and while the food tasted good, it was unfortunately not gluten free.
So I ate at this place for the first time about 8 hours ago. I waited this long to post a review to make sure there was no reaction. And it was extremely busy but the service was still awesome. The waiter dealt with my paranoia about getting glutened extremely well. I wouldn't say they have an extensive menu but they do have a pretty decent amount of foods that are gluten free. when they take your order they even have an allergen button in the tablet to notify the chief of any special requests and he himself went to tell him personally. I am an extremely sensitive celiac. I got the turkey burger ( and yes they even have gluten free buns. that came with a side salad that was also amazing. I highly recommend just make sure your direct about your allergies.
I ordered the Gluten Free Pizookie Cookie which is prepared separate. I also had the Gluten Free Cheese Pizza which is made separate. I have Celiac.
Yes
Very big gluten free menu food was great and good service. They ask what allergies you have and put the information in the computer along with your order which goes back to the cooks.
Great place to eat! Special thanks to Jordan our server. She was great! Gluten free menu and good food. I ate soup and salad with several options to choose from. I'll be back.
They have a gluten free menu and I have eaten here a number of times without getting sick. Also they have ciders!!
Yes
Service here is ridiculously slow and staff is not knowledgable.
No
If lightly sensitive their gluten free pizza is great! Buuut.. if highly sensitive you will most likely get a reaction from cross contamination. :/ Also don't get any meat for the pizza because it has gluten in it! I learned the hard way..
I was very upset when I ate here the service was horrible and after eating the gluten free pizza I was sick for days! I have celiac and told them I absolutly can not have gluten, I have a hard time beliving it was not cross contaminated, very dissapointed!
I really love BJ’s as an easy place to eat out. They’re super knowledgeable about gf things and while I didn’t ask about specific practices, as soon as I said I had celiac’s, the server reassured me. And honestly the food tastes great. I had a burger and the gluten-free pizookie and it was delicious! My ice cream was even served from a brand new package to be extra safe. Didn’t get sick, would definitely come back.

Gluten Sensitive Option items marked on menu (appetizers, salads, entrees). Gluten free buns available for burgers. Gluten free pizza option. I had a Strawberry fields chicken salad with balsamic vinaigrette. It was average good.
The service was horrible, we felt like we were at an invisible table. The large group that arrived well after we ordered received their food before ours. And our 3 orders came out piece meal from the kitchen. We had to ask multiple times for items we ordered, for refills and for our change once we paid the bill.

Well I went back and got glutened again!! Never going back there.
I’ve gotten pizzas here and had pretty good luck with them, but last time I got a Caesar salad with chicken, told them I was celiac, and was puking within an hour.
