Some gluten-free options to chose from. I had the pick-2 ( pesto chicken sandwich / street corn cobb salad) and both were delicious. I also had a gluten free brownie that was delicious. I have celiac and was not affected by the food at all.. Highly Recommend!!!

They started putting flour in their scrambled eggs so you can no longer get a gluten free breakfast sandwich. Glad the cook told us!

A staple of Lakeland. The baristas are very knowledgeable about cross-contamination, and I feel very safe here when ordering. I’m told they have a celiac manager, so they’ve been trained thoroughly.

One of my favorite places to eat the menu is clearly labeled and staff is generally knowledgeable about details if I have any questions.

Had an excellent turkey sandwich—they have GF bread available. They made sure to make it allergy-friendly. Overall, it was very good!

No dedicated area, would warrant there was no cross contamination. I’ll tell you in a few hours how it goes. . .
I ate here last night and had a delicious sandwich on gluten free bread. They do NOT have a dedicated area for gluten free preparation, however, I have celiac and had no problems, but it is your risk to go here, just like most places.
