Salmon was excellent. The waiter double-checked ingredients to make sure I could eat safely.

Traveling for the weekend, stopped here for dinner. I asked before we were seated if they had gluten free options and was told yes. The menu had nothing marked as gluten free. I asked the waiter and was told no they didn’t have anything but could do lettuce wraps on the burgers or sandwiches. I ended up having a baked potato for dinner, very disappointed. Would not recommend.

I mainly stick to omelettes here, and they’re okay. Not my fav breakfast place to go to.

They've came a long way! I tried an omelette (w/o milk or cheese as I don't do dairy). As soon as the order hit the kitchen, the manager came out and greeted me. He explained to me how the food was prepared and protected from cross contamination by using separate pans and utensils. I was impressed. He again came out with my safe food. Restaurant is focused on creating safe conditions for those with gluten allergies and celiac disease. He also said that most foods are made fresh and you can customize what you want. I'm doing four stars because they don't have a plethora of naturally gluten-free products, but there are possibilities!
I used to be able to eat here and they would modify things so it was safe to eat. They must have changed managers though because I recently went here and ordered my usual omelet with the modifications and informed the waiter of my gluten issue. Halfway through my meal I had a big reaction and they were very reluctant to ameliorate the problem. Never eating here again!
Went fine! They have some dressings and a molten cake labeled as gluten free, but that's all. Waitress did inform the kitchen when prepping the meal. My husband is Celiac and breakfast food is usually a safe bet - the omelette and French fries worked out and he didn't get sick!
Yes
They don't have anything gluten free. Went there and the waiter had no clue what I was even taking about when I asked for an allergy menu so he had to ask the manager. Turns out they don't even have one. Don't know why this restaurant is even on here
No
I called and was told that their only gluten free menu item was the "Garden Harvest Salad".

Went for breakfast and had a excellent scramble with fresh fruit and cottage cheese on the side. My waiter knew all about celiac and cross contamination, and was very helpful. I'd go again, though it did make me a little sad to see all those delicious-looking baked goods.
There was nothing on the menu that was gluten-free unless the standby of iceberg lettuce and lemon wedges. I can get that at home. The waiter didn't have any suggestions.

Meet the owner and he is so friendly and helpful!
There was only ONE gluten free item on the menu. They said if I knew what I could eat the could fix me like grilled chicken. Duh I know that if I want to eat an animal how to order. I can even order a hamburger and not eat the bun. My husband is happy with his food but this shouldn't be listed on a gluten free restaurant finder.
No
Randy explained what was available an that there were strict policies in place to make sure there was no contamination.
I came to black bear diner from out of town. They have bob red mills oats and as long as you tell them about cross contamination they are good about pulling out a separate pan. The fryers are shared and the grill is as well celiac safe I give a 5/10 due to my waitress knowing about celiac but gluten intolerant you would be safe here.

Servers were uninformed and not helpful when asked about gluten free options. The menu offers gf bread on the breakfast menu and a gf salad dressing but no further information on allergens were available.

Tried questioning the waiter on if the omelets were cooked in a shared pan with other gluten ingredients. She didn’t understand me or what I was asking. That should have been my first sign to not order anything. But I really wanted to eat with my family so I got a California cheese omelet with fruit. I even asked her if the bacon was cooked on a grill top near gluten and she said no it was cooked in the oven. I think the veggies in the omelet were cooked near gluten. Not sure but definitely got glutened! Don’t recommend if you have celiac

We had a very knowledgeable waitress and cook. They were very careful with my food to make sure it was gluten free and not cross-contaminated. I am a very sensitive Celiac and there were no issues eating here. Thank you for a great experience!
