Black Diamond Bistro

Our group ate pizza from the Black Diamond Bistro in a meeting room. With the help of mgr Ryan Brown, I had no problems after eating the salad and the gluten free dairy free pizza. He apparently made sure that the kitchen staff washed off the screens that they used in the kitchen oven for that meal, and perhaps he took other steps.

Our group ate in the restaurant a few days later, and I am pretty sure I didn't get glutened, but it's hard to be sure because I had slightly different constellation of symptoms on a different time scale. Maybe a stomach bug or something.

I am not celiac, but very sensitive.
