Waitress was knowledgeable but I didn’t specify that I wanted her to ask chef to wash hands/ use new utensils etc. My celiac was processed as a food allergy and I had mild symptoms after. (Could have been from my current living situation tho). I ordered brisket sandwich without the bun & ate the coleslaw that came with it. I also ordered elote as my side & the georgia peach sauce for the brisket. *I used the table salt/pepper which could have been what got me sick* you truly never know lol.
