Black Flannel Brewing Co.

This brewery went way out of their way to accommodate for a celiac-friendly burger and chips when dining here with a group of gluten-eaters. We showed up without calling ahead to discuss (our fault!). We spoke with the manager upon arrival. He assured us they would clean a special part of the grill and the kitchen would be very careful with contamination. He also informed the wait staff before we even got to our table. No reaction and the burger was very good. They even had GF buns!
