Update: I went to the location on Unitah. I got sick. The crust has changed. It was disgusting and partly burned. I won’t be returning to any location.
Blackjack Pizza offers an 8 inch gluten free crust. The crust was thin and floppy; not much flavor. The crust held together well. Separately, I give the crust 3 stars. It was adequate and far from the worst crust I've had but also far from the best. The toppings, the sauces, the variety of specialty pizzas, and the generous amount of cheese earn 5 stars. We like the basic pepperoni with marinara or pesto. We like the Santa Fe; close your eyes and it tastes like a chicken quesadilla. Closest thing I've had to a chicken quesadilla. My wife's favorite is the Mediterranean.

I haven’t been in awhile. They used to have decent crust and hadn’t gotten sick.
This time I got sick. The crust was new. The crust was disgusting and the edge burned to add insult to injury. I could feel my stomach turn as I finished the third slic and stopped.
This is my final attempt to eat pizza out anywhere.
