Update for 2024 - Sadly no more dedicated fryer and a shift away from having naturally GF foods. This was a GF gem for years but now salad about the only option :-(.
Old 2022 comments no longer apply except that bar & waitstaff are sympathetic but can’t offer much beyond lettuce. - old -Staff understands cross contamination issues for those with Celiac. They keep a dedicated fryer for gluten free and work hard to accommodate with adjustments to menu items as needed. They also maintain stock of GF treats made in a gf kitchen - nice having simple burger with fries polished off by a chocolate brownie for reasonable cost while skiing an amazing mountain. Great people!!
— Not at all
— No gluten-free information on the menu
My experience kinda sucked. We had been driving through vt looking for a place for me to eat. Once we got there we asked where to sit and for a gluten free menu. The waitress stated they didn't have any oil for the gluten free fryer so we looked at the menu and they didn't have anything I could eat because I am also vegetarian. After this we immediately left and went to find a gas station. We got snacks there then drove an hour and 30 min home because most places were closed. I understand that they just could have been out but I could've eaten a salad if they had one. Very disappointed. Probably won't go back.

The kitchen staff is very knowledgeable and they have a nice variety of gluten free and vegetarian/vegan dishes. (Crispy tofu wedges, Beyond Burgers, nachos, etc.) Their food is wonderful and their dinner specials change each week. If you haven’t checked this place out in awhile, you should, because their new chef makes all the difference!

The staff was aware of both gluten ingredients and the risk of cross contamination. I had wings and fries from their dedicated fryer and No issues!
