I stayed at the resort and have 3 breakfasts and 1 dinner. The manager for breakfast was amazing and was overly accommodating. There was a disconnect to the waiters though. On the last day they brought out a plate with gluten on it, which worried me about the other days. For dinner, options were limited and even some items listed as gf on the menu turned out to not be safe for me, per the waiter after I tried ordering.
Gluten free is listed on the menu but very limited choices. The waiter accommodated my meal but it was just ok and was pricy.
