Black Seed Bagels

I’ve been here many times before & it was so yummy & safe - unfortunately this morning they shared that they no longer use a separate toaster for the GF bagels - so no longer celiac safe which is a bummer :(

Absolute nightmare for cross-contamination. They use the same toasters, knives to cut and spread and cutting boards. Plus there are crumbs everywhere. Not suitable for coeliacs at all

When I asked they told me that they change their gloves, have a separate toaster, and the bagels are kept away from the gluten ones. They had everything and plain bagels. So good.

Went here this morning to get a bagel after seeing their rating on this app. I was told they use the same knife, same cutting board, and same toaster for the reg and gf bagels, so I didn’t feel safe ordering anything here.

Called here at the rockafeller store to get a bagel for lunch only to be told they no longer toast the gluten free bagels separate to normal bagels! High risk of cross contamination so had to go elsewhere....disappointing

I watched them change gloves for my order after they asked if it was an allergy. No reaction, even in a place full of gluten! 10/10 would eat here again
