Chef came out and walked us through the ins and outs of how things were cooked in the kitchen and even made recommendations as to what was safest.

Ordered a salad, let them know I was celiac, and was served the only gluten containing dressing. As remediation, I was offered a T-Shirt, which shows the lack of importance they put around food allergies and quality assurance.

My top favorite restaurant for GF Friendly !! Just love the food here and the staff is very helpful to make sure your choices are GF. The chef is willing to cook things so CC is very limited. I have never had a reaction from eating at Black Sheep Social Club.

Staff as knowledgeable about gf. Said they could prepare salmon gf but came back and said it was already marinated in miso sauce, so we chose something else. Appreciated him letting us know.

I emailed Black Sheep a day ahead of my reservation to let them know I have Celiac and how my food needs to be prepared. The executive chef emailed me back with a list of options that included salad (with options to add tuna, salmon or shrimp), burgers, steak and chicken, and sides. He even offered that if I wanted to tell them my order ahead of time, they'd prepare it ahead of time to prevent cross-contamination. When we arrived, the waitress told me "we have you taken care of" and I believed her! I ordered the Super Ram salad with salmon, and they even prepared the sweet potatoes differently to prevent cross-contamination in the oven. It was wonderful to not have to explain all my needs in front of our big dinner group, and to not be sick later in the evening. The food was delicious too:) Eat at Black Sheep!!!!!

Great food but limited options. Jerk wings, duck fat fries, seafood medley wrap and salads make up the gf menu. They have just one (but delish) cider on the beer list.

No separate gf menu and wish they would beef up on gluten free options. Our server had to check with the chef on multiple occasions, BUT, the food was awesome and no stomach issues!
