Not a great experience here. Burgers can be done with a gluten free bun but they recommended not having it as there would be cross contamination with the grill. Staff weren't sure originally on what I could have and I ended up having a salad with cheese and vinegarette. If it's an option for you, id recommend going to the Bread Street Kitchen across the way cause there's much better options.

You are very limited with what you can have. Salad and the American burger with a gf bun. Starters have traces of gluten. Quite disappointing but it's ok.

Told me none of the milkshakes were gluten free. My waiter wasnt sure about the rest of the menu so he went back to check. Told me that all of the apps & sides (chips & queso, fries, roasted Brussels sprouts, etc) had traces of gluten and they couldn’t guarantee no cross contamination, but didn’t have further detail. He said some burgers could be safe, the spinach salad was guaranteed to be. I had the salad. When he dropped off the salad, he said the dressing may also have trace gluten and offered to bring a vinaigrette. After clarifying no ingredients made with gluten, I took the risk. Didn’t get sick.
I honestly think more of it might have been gluten free, but they just weren’t sure and wanted to be safe since I said I had celiac. Variety isn’t great but it’s workable.

Great place. They have gluten free buns for the hamburger which are very good, taste very well. French fries are not gluten free. You can change fries for salad for 3$ (coleslaw is very good too).

Black tap is one of the only places in Singapore that I could find that has gluten free mentioned on their menu.
There is the option to swap the bun of any burger to a gluten free bun for an addition $3 dollars. Our waitress was very knowledgeable and advised us which burgers were coeliac friendly as they were and which we would need to make changes to.
The fries unfortunately were not coeliac friendly as they were cooked in the same oil as fried chicken however you could swap the fries out for a salad.
We also asked about gluten free shake options which she was not 100% sure of as they used 3rd party branded ingredients however she returned to the kitchen to check the ingredients lists for all the shake ingredients and returned with an answer. She excluded anything that said it may contain gluten as she was aware of and understood the cross contamination issue so only advised us to have the flavours specifically marked as gluten free.
Our food came out very quickly and all together which was excellent. Good portions were huge and our group of 5 all agreed that their burger was very delicious and worth the time we waited to get a table.

They have gluten free buns and can do most burgers gluten free. The fries aren’t gluten free but you can swap to another side for $3. The gluten free buns are also $3 extra.
