Review of Blackbird Bakery

At first I was hesitant because the gluten free items are commingled amongst the none gf items. We took 3 items home to use our Nima sensor to assure all was safe. To our happy surprise the herb roll received a smile from Nima! It was our first safe gf item from a non gf bakery. Nice work and we appreciate all your efforts. Thank you!
