Went for brunch - a kind server with a gluten allergy told me that most of the menu isn’t safe due to the shared griddle surface but that they could do an omelet since they’re prepared in separate pans. They did say I might be able to get something on the griddle if I come right when they open when it’s still clean. I had the spicy Mexican omelet with a side of black beans and corn tortillas and did not get sick!
