Review

They advertise a gluten free menu and ask that you notify them of any allergies in advance and they will accommodate. Upon check in, they refused to seat us because of my gluten allergy. They literally have waivers that you sign acknowledging a risk of cross contamination and a sign saying they offer both gluten and nut free menus on the counter. I offered to sign the waiver as there is always a risk when eating out. I was okay with it if they took reasonable accommodations. The hosted then advised me that they do not change their gloves between meals during meal prep and everything will be cross contaminated. They should not advertise this if they do not make any attempt to segregate things. I spoke with chef later because they ruined our evening (impossible to get same night reservations anywhere else in Vegas.) I also needed a refund on the $20/person reservation deposit. She said they do take precautions but don’t like to serve people with allergies. She said they would make an exception for me if I still wanted dinner. At this point, I had lost faith and trust so I declined.
