They have a separate fryer for all items that are labeled gluten free and the waiter said that they try to keep all GF items as separate as possible. I ordered fries and black bean croquettes. There are multiple seasonings and sauces listed as options for the fries. I had a moderate reaction the following day. I only get itchy rashes. I’m assuming there was cross contamination, or they used an ingredient that they were unaware contained gluten.
Also, the food was not that great. The fries, though crispy, were way over seasoned, and the croquettes were luke warm and bland. I was so excited hearing about the separate fryer because fries are something I miss so much when going out to eat.
