Blade + Salt Pizza and Good Food

Excellent gluten free crust made with cup4cup flour. Best gf pizza I’ve ever had. They use a separate pan in the oven. They also have a separate pizza cutter in a different color for gf only. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Highly enjoyed pizza and a salad. No reactions at all. Celiac.

We had an amazing meal here! Staff was extremely attentive and knowledgeable about how to safely prepare foods for my son who has celiac. Pizza prepared in house but on separate pan with clean pizza cutter. Pasta boiled in clean pot with fresh water. They truly do their best to avoid contamination wherever possible. Staff went out of their way to show us all of the gluten free pasta options as well. Best GF pizza we have ever had. My son was in heaven!!!

The pizza looks delicious but the gluten free crust includes milk powder, so it was not something I could eat. Bummer!!!!

The pizza was delicious but it is NOT celiac safe. My son ate two slices and has lots of problems the next day. They do not have a dedicated area for gluten free prep and the pizza was not safe for my son.
