Spoke with owner. All of their meats are gluten free except the ribs bc they have Bbq sauce on them. Unfortunately all of their Bbq sauces contain gluten, so add your own or do without...good either way! I had the brisket nachos and the pulled pork nachos and had no problems! Amazing food and service!
