Stopped in for lunch yesterday. The server was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what was safe for me... I am GF and also dairy free. Items are not marked, but most anything can be made differently. Our server brought out chips and salsa. They cook batches of corn chips in clean oil every morning for GF people before using fryer for other items. Fryer is cleaned and oil is changed every day. I had the carne asada with corn tortillas. She assured me of their protocols. The manager even came out to tell us he was sorry for the delay, but they were cooking my food completely separate as to avoid contaminants. Toritillas were bagged and warmed in the microwave instead of on a warmer with other items. I was please with the whole experience and was so grateful for how they accommodated me. A must for Celiacs!
