Small chain, didn't expect much, blew away my expectations. Really delicious and flavorful dishes. I don't have good mexican in Miami, so this was a very nice surprise. Loved it. Tons of gluten free options. Chicken tinga enchiladas were amazing. Chips gf and right out of the fryer, salsa was so good. Top marks

The server was very knowledgeable about celiac! The manager brought out our appetizer and our meals and made sure I knew that they were GF. I got the hard shelled beef tacos. Amazing!! The said anything about burritos and chimichangas could be made GF.

So, so, so good!!! The waitress asked us immediately if we had any allergies. There is a dedicated fryer for the chips, and when our food came out even the appetizer was told to us that it was made with gluten allergy precautions. The food was amazing and I had not had Mexican food in over a year before this!! 100% recommend as someone who has anxiety dining out!!!

The bartender was amazing. Talked me through what I could have, only two things on the meal are not GF / can’t be made GF. Chips are from a separate fryer. Excellent food and felt very safe eating here. They are very knowledgeable and we enjoyed eating here. The rice was amazing. My wife (not gluten-free) and I had the Chicken Pastor and loved it. Also had the chips and salsa—the salsa was very good.

The chips are fried in a separate fryer, they’re really good. We ordered a pitcher of sangria, it’s just okay. Rachel was our waitress and she was fabulous! I ordered the carnitas bowl, it is gluten free and just okay. It wasn’t strong in flavor and rather bland. We’re traveling and eating safely was a huge concern but taste is too, I was safe here but will go somewhere else next time.

Almost everything is gf! Waitress told me that the chips and taco shells are made in their own fryer. I had the carne asada bowl and it was amazing. When they brought the food out the confirmed it was gluten free. Awesome vibe, awesome people. Highly recommend!!

Had the crunchy taco bowl here and it was to die for! This was easily the best restaurant experience I've had since my Celiac diagnosis- the staff was so kind, knowledgeable, and experienced that it put my worries at ease. My server gave me a full explanation of their safety procedures (flagged allergy table, separate prep area, manager personally delivers food, etc.). No separate gf menu, but almost everything on the regular menu could be made gf as needed. Amazing food and amazing service :)

Server with initials AM was working the bar/to go order area. I ordered tacos to go. She was so kind, knowledgeable, and reassuring - all while they were slammed! Corn tortillas are made in house and they have a dedicated fryer. Nothing was marked as GF but she knew what my daughter could have and went to be sure on the rice. We ordered simple - chicken tacos with chicken, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and a side of rice. Daughter is very sensitive and had no reaction. Food was ready as a pick up order in about 20 min.

One of the first things the waiter asked us was if anyone had any food allergies or restrictions, which was a good sign! I got the slow cooker BBQ pork tacos and they were soooo delicious. The chips are made in their own fryer, so those were safe, too. Excellent meal, I would definitely come back.

Had a pretty good meal at Blanco! The chips for the table are GF as they’re fried in a separate fryer and all of the tacos can be made GF on corn tortillas. The beans and rice that come on the side are GF as well. The server was really awesome and double checked with the chef to make sure my food could be safely made GF. I had the carnitas that would’ve been great had they not been overwhelmingly salty to the point it seemed like they had made a mistake! Not sure if it was a fluke, but I would try a different meat next time.

This place was awful. They have a weird tasting "queso" and the carnita fajitas were so burnt they made us physically ill. The waiter never asked if we wanted drinks other than water nor offered a to-go box. Almost $100 meal just to be sick all day. The g great thing for the meal was the chips and the tortilla soup.
