I have eaten here multiple times in the last 3-4 months (has been probably close to 15-20 times). I have never gotten sick, even the couple of times I’ve been there when it has been on the busier side. My go to is the red chili chicken bowl or short rib bowl. I eat the chips/salsa/guacamole without issue too.

Might be ok for the fashionably gluten free but it is NOT ok for people who can’t eat gluten. There is definitely quite a bit of cross contamination as It took me 10 days to feel good again after eating here.

They have lots of gluten free options on the menu and said the chip frier is safe. The food is really good. However, my husband is a sensitive celiac and he had a reaction. He had a burrito bowl and the chips.

We had great service and great food. Our server was very knowledgeable regarding gluten free options and I had a lot of choices. We will return for sure.

I struggle with Blanco. They're inconsistent with staff training and suddenly one day used their fryer for the new churro appetizer a while back, so nothing was safe (chips, fries). There is hidden dairy lots of places- butter in the rice and one of the chicken tacos. I get the Baja chicken. I know the award winning bbq tacos are not gf, and I think the short ribs are NOT either. Be careful with their fryer for the chips... Ask to be sure. Overall, staff is just inconsistent with knowledge.
A very friendly environment! Loved the waiter he knew everything that was gluten free and even took the time to write a list for me. Great food too!
