Review of Blaze Pizza

The Gluten-free crust here is hands-down the best I've ever had for gf pizza. If you order it, they will ask if its an allergy or preference and ask if you want them to change their gloves. They ask automatically as opposed to my experience with Pieology. Blaze has a separate gf dough press so you don't have to worry about dough cross contamination. Not all of the toppings are gf though so if you have a reaction, you can kind of rule things out (the sausage isn't gf). Ask if you aren't sure and they will let you know. Gf crusts everywhere else are pre-made and tastes like cardboard.
