When asked about gluten-free crust, opening new toppings from the back to avoid cross-contamination, using separate utensils, I was told if they had time they would but normally they just grab from the same containers and they’ve never seen anyone sick in years. I said well I’m glad no one’s reported being sick, but anyone that is truly celiac could get sick the way you’re grabbing the cheese and putting it on the regular pizza dough. Very disappointing.

They used precautions (ie. gloves, cutlery, separate mats) but oven was the same as non gluten free. Food was really yummy.

Couldn’t be more accommodating for a gluten and egg allergy.. worker pulled ingredients from the back and was incredibly careful with my pizza. Delicious and definitely will be coming back!

Great w/ allergies! Check out their website before going bc it has all ingredients/allergens listed. The pizzas are made very fast & well. (The GF crust is also vegan & they have vegan cheese as an option). 5/5 overall & somewhat pricey bc the GF crust is +$3.50.

Staff writes on order sheet that you're celiac and need clean utensils, plus they have designated sauces ONLY for gluten free pizzas. Highly reccomend Blaze for your pizza cravings.

They do a good job accommodating gluten free diets. I recommend having them bake it longer for the best experience.

Gluten free press is down and they were going to clean with salt and a paper towel. I explained that this isn’t safe for food allergies and soap and water is the only way to prevent contamination. Manager was consulted (who never left the back) and I heard him yell through that it would ruin the plates to use anything but salt and a paper towel. I said, “No thanks!” and walked out. Will not return. They have no clue about true food allergies here!!

The staff was amazing! I watch them change their gloves whenever they were fixing my pizza and before cutting my pizza. They are very good at making sure they limit cross contamination.May not be safe for Celiacs because it’s of cross contamination, all pizzas are made right in front together.
Corn, wheat, soy, shellfish and peanut allergy. Staff amazing and very attentive to switching gloves. Loved it.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The pizza was very good, it's made and cooked in front of you. The cooks changed gloves to make the pizza and when it came out of the oven. They used separate sauce, but could not claim no cross contamination with toppings. They used separate utensils and kept a sheet underneath the pizza while it was cooking. I did not give 5 stars only because they couldn't guarantee cross contamination with toppings. I'll go here again.
They make the pizza right in front of you, and change their gloves, use seperate pizza press and utensils. Most importantly, they don't make you feel like you're inconveniencing them - very nice crew.
I have been to Blaze restaurants that use precautions in preparing GF pizzas. This isn’t one of them. We ordered 2 GF pizzas for my daughter and I, and the fellow (not his fault, obviously had no training) took two of the cooking discs out of a pile of flour from the regular station. He put our GF dough on top of the flour covered discs. We apologized for the inconvenience and left. Blaze is in general a terribly run franchise system. Very disappointing.

They have great gluten free crust. It’s especially good if you ask for it well done as it helps get it more crispy. They are pretty good at changing gloves and asking if it is an allergy.

This location had been good in the past and made sure to take precautions including getting fresh toppings but not so great the past year. I’ve tried multiple times to go back and every time over the past year, I have walked out without ordering as they make me extremely uncomfortable. Every time I go they have a change in staff. When I ask about celiac friendly, they advise they change their gloves, have a gf dough, and have a separate “allergy” sauce, but they WILL NOT use separate toppings. So therefore you will be glutened. When I’ve inquired but getting fresh toppings they have advised they can’t do that. If you try this place be TAKE CAUTION.
They offer a Gluten free option but sadly there's a high risk of cross contamination. There are very few employees that care enough to acknowledge your celiac concerns and use ingredients separate from the front counter. I've been to this location twice and the 2nd time was the awful experience that made me stop going.

Excellent pizza! I had the regular GF crust and it was quite tasty. I also have to give them credit for switching out the crust twice when they pulled them out and they had small rips in the bottom. They said it was already fragile, so they wanted a good one. Excellent customer service!
