Review of Blaze Pizza

Excellent restaurant that goes to great lengths to ensure a gluten free dining experience. cooks changed gloves and separate utensils and cooking materials were used for my pizza. They have a diverse array of toppings to choose from, all of which were fresh and delicious.

I highly recommend Blaze Pizza for my fellow celiacs. The staff is knowledgeable and careful about our gluten "allergy."
