I ordered the Green Stripe pizza on a cauliflower crust. There were 3 different GF crusts to choose from (original GF dough, cauliflower, and Keto). The service was good. They asked if it was a preference or an allergy. They offered to change gloves and use a different pizza cutter. There is not a dedicated GF area or oven, but a mat was used between the crust and other surfaces.
