Their app menu shows a keto pizza that is Gf. It is $14 on the app, but it won’t let you order it. In store they want $18 because it’s not on the menu!

You do need to Be sure they know it’s an allergy, but they will change gloves etc when you ask. Great pizza with a vegan cheese option for those of us who are dairy sensitive.

The staff there is hit or miss. One time I went in, they were very good with my instructions. They changed gloves and used different utensils. There is no separate oven.
The crust is thin, but very enjoyable. However, it is very, very greasy when it comes out of the oven. The overall pizza was good. You cn also ask for no crotons on the salad, and they don't put on the dressing themselves. It comes in a little container.

Perhaps I encountered the wrong worker, but he seemed clueless about gluten free needs. When I told him cross contamination was an issue, he didn’t understand that sauce, cheese, and toppings needed to come from new containers. He also kept asking other workers to make my pizza and moving other customers’ pizza ahead of mine before finally doing it himself. The taste was good but customer service had much room for improvement.
Update 9/9/19: Now giving 4 stars. Since this initial review, this has become our go to place for pizza. Also, if you go on a day that Garrett is working, he will take extra good care of your order. He has a Celiac mother so he understands CC first hand. If he is able, he will handle your pizza from start to finish.

There was quite a bit of miscommunication amongst the staff with our three GF pizzas and one rude worker so that didn't help make our first visit there very nice. The manager ended up handling our order but it was a debacle! The pizza is very good and a good size (12"). They changed gloves for us and had a designated handler. They only offer premade salads in the cooler and they were clueless about whether the dressings were GF, even the manager. Another disappointment. We chose to get a Caesar salad and they happily changed out the dressing to balsamic vinaigrette at my request. The salad had been packaged with croutons but they were in a separate section that I removed. I was ready to sit down at that point and didn't let it bother me. Pizza is probably worth a 4 -5 stars but the service and salad situation was a deterrent for sure.
GF crust is great and we have never had an issue with cross contamination. My only complaint is that it costs an extra $2 for GF crust.

Best gluten and dairy free pizza I've ever had in my life.

Have gluten and dairy free pizza!
Absolutely fantastic. The staff was very knowledgeable and more than willing to change gloves and be careful with cross contamination. They cooked the gluten free pizza in a separate oven and had a different tray to cut. Great staff. Taste amazing! The best gluten free pizza I’ve had so far.
Our church youth group stopped here recently. I happened to be in line right behind our one student who has celiac disease. As soon as John asked for gluten-free crust, the young man helping him said, "Do you want a glove change with that?" and the prep guy immediately started cleaning the surface where they prepare the crust. The manager told me later that they pride themselves in serving customers with special dietary needs and that the young man who helped us was a new employee. I was impressed that a new employee would be so well-versed in gluten-free options. Plus the pizza came out fast and was delicious!

Very knowledgeable and courteous. They took my GF pizza very seriously. Separate sauces and a huge variety of toppings. I had the spinach, tomato and zucchini! It was phenomenal. Will go back again and again.
This is hands down the best gluten free pizza I have ever had!!! They have dedicated sauces so the risk of cross contamination is very little and the staff is highly educated on allergies and takes fantastic care! We have never been made to feel bad because we have a large allergy order. We love it here!!!

Lots of choices & gluten free crust. I have gluten sensitivity and did not get a stomach ache after eating here. I will be back!
Delicious and I didn't get sick - I'm Celiac and very sensitive so that is saying a lot!
They do not have a dedicated gluten free dough press. Not recommended for those with celiac.

I have been to Blaze restaurants that use precautions in preparing GF pizzas. This isn’t one of them. We ordered 2 GF pizzas for my daughter and I, and the fellow (not his fault, obviously had no training) took two of the cooking discs out of a pile of flour from the regular station. He put our GF dough on top of the flour covered discs. We apologized for the inconvenience and left. Blaze is in general a terribly run franchise system. Very disappointing.

They have great gluten free crust. It’s especially good if you ask for it well done as it helps get it more crispy. They are pretty good at changing gloves and asking if it is an allergy.

This location had been good in the past and made sure to take precautions including getting fresh toppings but not so great the past year. I’ve tried multiple times to go back and every time over the past year, I have walked out without ordering as they make me extremely uncomfortable. Every time I go they have a change in staff. When I ask about celiac friendly, they advise they change their gloves, have a gf dough, and have a separate “allergy” sauce, but they WILL NOT use separate toppings. So therefore you will be glutened. When I’ve inquired but getting fresh toppings they have advised they can’t do that. If you try this place be TAKE CAUTION.
They offer a Gluten free option but sadly there's a high risk of cross contamination. There are very few employees that care enough to acknowledge your celiac concerns and use ingredients separate from the front counter. I've been to this location twice and the 2nd time was the awful experience that made me stop going.

Excellent pizza! I had the regular GF crust and it was quite tasty. I also have to give them credit for switching out the crust twice when they pulled them out and they had small rips in the bottom. They said it was already fragile, so they wanted a good one. Excellent customer service!
