Review of Blaze Pizza

I tried Blaze Pizza for the first time. Jon made my Gluten-Free pizza from start to finish. He used fresh pizza sauce and toppings that had not been on the line. He even went to the back for toppings that weren't readily stored below the line. He used clean utensils and freshly changed gloves. All gf pizzas are cooked in special liners so they don't touch the oven floor. The end of line staff knew to use a clean cutter to cut my pizza. It allowed my to enjoy a nice dinner out with family. After our meal, I made sure to thank Jon personally. He stated his daughter has Celiac and understood how carefully food needs to be prepared.
