Review of Blaze Pizza

They offer Both a cauliflower crust And a regular gluten-free crust. They put a red sticker on your order showing that it is gluten-free. They change their gloves and they have a dedicated gluten-free sauce so that it doesn’t touch the other sauce that has touched the regular pizza dough. The texture and flavor of the gluten-free dough is very very good. This restaurant is comparable to MOD Pizza. But given the choice over both of them I would choose blaze Pizza.
