WOW. What can I say about this restaurant! Extremely safe. In addition to gluten free crust, all GF orders are made with separate utensils, new gloves and the form with your written order is tagged with an bright orange sticker marked GF. All employees are trained in allergy safe protocol and can clearly see the orange markings.

They make artisan or made to order personal pizzas. Menu is not marked GF beyond than offering a GF crust.
