This is my favorite place since I'm gluten and dairy free. The pizza is delicious and I have never been sick from it.

The food was delicious. The asked about allergies and we’re very accommodating. They also have 2 separate red sauces now, one does touch other things so it is not contaminated.

Don’t get any of the red sauces as the spoons are cross contaminated, other than that it is good!

My son is gluten/dairy free and Blaze is his favorite. Love the employees and atmosphere as well. Really miss spending our 1 Sunday a month here, but still order in! 💕💕

One of the more Celiac friendly restaurants. I’ve gone three times in the past month. When you order the gluten free crust, they will ask you if it is a preference or an allergy. I let them know that it is severe (Celiac). The first time, they wrote a note on my paper to “change gloves” and they did. Second time, she didn’t change gloves so I had to ask. Third time I went, he changed gloves told me he would wipe things down before preparing my dough. He actually thoroughly cleaned the dough press. All depends on who you get, but the pro is that you watch your food get prepared during the whole process and you can watch for contamination issues. Gluten free crusts are kept on a round mat the whole time so that when it is placed in the oven, it doesn’t get cross-contaminated there. They use a different pizza cutter for gluten free crusts also. Lots of precautions. However there is still a chance for cross-contamination issues. Examples would be scoops spreading sauce from one crust to the next, or workers touching ingredients that someone else has touched with contaminated gloves. Also, I’ve learned that some shredded cheeses are covered in cellulose to prevent them from caking and sometimes the cellulose is made of wheat (not always, it can be made of lots of things). I opt for the Veg Out pizza because it comes with sauce “dallops” where they drop the sauce on and don’t actually touch the crust to spread the sauce around. I’ve never gotten sick at Blaze so far. However, Blaze does have a statement online that they would not consider themselves to be Celiac friendly due to the risk of cross-contamination.

Great Gluten Free Crust! They will change gloves! Vegan cheese as well. They cook the Gluten Free pizzas on separate mats. Very attentive and careful when preparing my pizza.
They tried to fix me a gf pizza 4 times and all 4 times I saw them gluten it. I gave up and left.
Also provide dairy free too!

Great pizza with homemade dough. They use precaution when informing them of allergy. Dairy free cheese available as well :)
I have been to Blaze restaurants that use precautions in preparing GF pizzas. This isn’t one of them. We ordered 2 GF pizzas for my daughter and I, and the fellow (not his fault, obviously had no training) took two of the cooking discs out of a pile of flour from the regular station. He put our GF dough on top of the flour covered discs. We apologized for the inconvenience and left. Blaze is in general a terribly run franchise system. Very disappointing.

They have great gluten free crust. It’s especially good if you ask for it well done as it helps get it more crispy. They are pretty good at changing gloves and asking if it is an allergy.

This location had been good in the past and made sure to take precautions including getting fresh toppings but not so great the past year. I’ve tried multiple times to go back and every time over the past year, I have walked out without ordering as they make me extremely uncomfortable. Every time I go they have a change in staff. When I ask about celiac friendly, they advise they change their gloves, have a gf dough, and have a separate “allergy” sauce, but they WILL NOT use separate toppings. So therefore you will be glutened. When I’ve inquired but getting fresh toppings they have advised they can’t do that. If you try this place be TAKE CAUTION.
They offer a Gluten free option but sadly there's a high risk of cross contamination. There are very few employees that care enough to acknowledge your celiac concerns and use ingredients separate from the front counter. I've been to this location twice and the 2nd time was the awful experience that made me stop going.

Excellent pizza! I had the regular GF crust and it was quite tasty. I also have to give them credit for switching out the crust twice when they pulled them out and they had small rips in the bottom. They said it was already fragile, so they wanted a good one. Excellent customer service!
