Review of Blaze Pizza

I had the white top pizza on a GF crust and it was delicious! Very flavorful. I also experienced great customer service. I gave five stars because of the great taste and service, and I didn’t have any reactions after eating here.

I am celiac and pretty sensitive so I think this is safe. However, I will tell you that there is a high risk of cross-contamination and that could worry some people. I was worried, too, until I saw the number of precautions they take. I asked the girl who took my order if she would change her gloves before handling my crust. She very willingly agreed and wrote “glove change” on my order. The guy who actually handles my crust not only changed his gloves but also cleaned the press they use to shape the crust. And he had a special mat to cover the wooden board they use for baking the crusts. Every person who touched my pizza changed their gloves. And the guy who cut it used a GF cutter, clearly marked with a red handle.
