Waitress wasn’t super knowledgable but she went back to the kitchen if she didn’t know the answer. I feel she did a great job. They don’t have a gluten free menu but it states they have a lot of options and ask your server. Even with all the checking, writing out “CELIAC - COMPLETELY GLUTEN FREE” on my order, pointing out there’s no dedicated fryer which seemed like understood and watched out for cross contamination, I still got gluten sick. Don’t recommend for a gluten free option.

This is the worst gluten free crust I’ve ever had. Possibly worst pizza too. My boyfriend hated the crust as well but he liked the flavor of the meat on it. Really overpriced too.

Blaze was great! First time eating here from out of town, and they were very accommodating and answered all my questions! When the waiter wasn’t sure, he immediately went to the kitchen to check. Enjoyed a delicious meal of scallops and lobster risotto followed by gluten free white chocolate strawberry shortcake! I have celiac, and I am very sensitive to cross. They did and great job and no reactions whatsoever. Will definitely be visiting again!

Had a fun, safe gf lunch here. Yummy oysters, Bloody Mary, Halibut corn tacos. Friendly bartender helped us. Hostess clueless about gf options.

Gluten free options including beer. Can do pizza on its own tray in the oven but you have to ask. Fries are not gf as they are cross contaminated. Staff seemed knowledgeable. Gluten free beer and cider on tap

Staff was helpful. Not many gf options and not labeled on menu. French fries are not gf, was disappointed about that. Prices are pretty high.

Had a great gf wings (BBQ was only flavor that was gf) and a great gf pizza-waitress was knowledgeable about what could and couldn't be made gf. They also have gf buns for sandwiches/burgers. Had a mushroom pizza that was great and felt fine afterwards!

Gotta agree with Stefanie's comment. We let our guard down and got a non GF BUN. paid the price 2 hours later!

Staff not very knowledgeable, had to send daughter's food back a few times due order being incorrect and gluten dressing being put on salad

Pretty good pizza! Great salads! They were careful with food handling and we had a super dinner! It was a fun place to visit- great 80's music playing in background!

Great gf options. Enjoyed the Glutenberg beers. Everything was marked, which made ordering easy. Tried a pizza and the crust was tasty, but the sauce seemed like Prego or Ragu. I'd go again for drinks, but the pizza wasn't great. Some of the other apps/meals looked much better and if I went back I'd try something else.

The food was decent. Even though the menu indicates that the NE clam chowder can be made GF, our waitress checked and said it was not possible. That is one of the main reasons we went. Disappointed.

Terrific! Many GF options (even NE clam chowder!), knowledgable and friendly staff, and DELICIOUS food! We'll definitely be going back.
