Sensitive celiac here confirming, after three visits without sickness, that this place is mostly gluten free and very good! The menu doesn't specify, but they use gluten free soy sauce. The manager is very kind and understanding, and made sure to confirm what in my order was gluten free and what was not. All teriyaki dishes, including the fried rice, are gluten free. All of the sushi is gluten free except for the ones that contain shrimp tempura and crabmeat. The spring rolls and dumplings are NOT gluten free and I assume the noodles are not either. I've accidentally ordered the bento box and they separate the dumplings, spring rolls, and Cali roll into a separate container, because I specified GF in the notes. I believe the poke bowl is gluten free, but you would have to specify no crabmeat. I didn't ask about the poke sauces, but I have tried teriyaki and yummy sauces so far. Even the takeout sauce packets (kari-out brand) are gluten free. I have personally have only tried chicken, beef, salmon, and shrimp teriyaki, and the salmon avocado roll so far. You should be good if you stay away from tempura, crab, spring roll, dumpling, and noodles. I write in the notes when ordering online which items are for gluten allergy.
Note: the teriyaki shrimp doesn't have tempura coating (or at least that's what they gave me when I ordered it and I put "gluten allergy" in the notes).
The kitchen is small so could be some risk if cross contamination, but i feel confident now, having eaten several times without issue. Hope you have a similarly great experience!
