The food here is very good but the staff is not even remotely knowledgeable and nothing on the menu is marked. I found it very frustrating to have to press my waitress repeatedly to go check please when she was "pretty sure" something was safe.

Ordered Southwestern Salad. I got so very sick. Something cross contaminated. I asked what is gluten friendly and there were a few choices . I chose very wrong. May have been the crunchy sticks? Or lettuce was contaminated perhaps by not changing gloves? Don't say its gluten friendly when it is not.

I’ve had Blaze pizza three times and never had a bad experience. I am gluten and dairy free and their crust is ok for me. I just do no cheese and add a lot of toppings. Definitely not the best GF pizza I’ve had but it’s always nice to have the option.
