They are very nice and helpful, but I ended up not eating because the bartender said its a very small prep area and not safe/she did not recommend. Also, most of the menu has onion + garlic, so if you also avoid FODMAPs, this place is out. Not celiac safe. Go across street to HG Supply Co instead, the whole menu can be GF/dairy free. Same owners.

Staff was very knowledgable! Everything but bread is made in house. They didn't have GF bread in stock the day I was there but didn't miss it! Everything was AWESOME!
