This place is super legit. Chef has celiac and the waiters/waitresses are all aware. I ordered a spread across the menu and everything was gluten free. Eclectic menu and relatively expensive, but it is delicious.

Service was so so but food was very good and, most importantly, I did not get sick. Had tempura shrimp to start (they have a dedicated fryer), short rib main, and crème brûlée dessert. I’m sensitive to gluten and did not get sick. Would definitely go again.

Our server understood celiac immediately and shared that they have two dedicated gluten free fryers and are trained to avoid cross contamination. The menu was well marked, and when they brought out our sushi, they brought a bottle of tamari well marked with a gluten free label. I’m a sensitive symptomatic celiac and happy to report I left dinner feeling great! Will definitely return again.

We sat at the bar and had a few delicious cocktails and oysters while waiting in on a large to go order for our family. The menu was clearly labeled with GF items with a nice variety options including kid friendly GF choices. The fryer is GF. The bartender was celiac and was confident in the strict measures to avoid cross contamination. No reactions from the celiacs in our party. Food was delicious. We will be back.

This place is amazing! I had the butternut squash soup and Crispy yard bird. GF fried chicken? Yes, please!! NO cross-contamination...happy belly! Highly recommend. Make reservations.

This place is a must! Many GF items and the food is delicious. Really nice place with fun vibe. Homemade GF desserts were great. My daughter had the sushi and the best spicy tenjin shrimp which was incredible. Make reservations.

Park City hasn't been the easiest place to eat, but I had hope for Blind Dog given all of the good GF Finder reviews. Our waiter knew somewhat how to steer me. If you just have coeliacs, you may be ok here. With my corn and mushroom allergies, there was only one item I could eat, a $25 Kobe beef patty. My corn and coeliacs react about the same and I did get sick, but think it must have been the corn side.

I highly recommend this place. GF items are marked on the menu. The server was well informed. He said the owner has Celiac and they all get an entire day of training on that. I had the beet salad and the yardbird, which is a lightly fried chicken. It comes with super creamy mash potatoes. It was delicious.

Food was very good and menu labeled. However we made it clear that we were all GF. Ordered some tempura and it was brought out with the dipping sauce that is not GF. The do have gf soy sauce but the ponzu sauce is not GF. The waiter didn’t quite understand why this was upsetting when we clearly told them we were GF. Food was good. Nice to have fried chicken

I was SO excited to have GF tempura sushi! (Their batter is GF and fried separately.)We also tried the tempura veggies and shrimp. They also have GF soy sauce. My son is celiac and very sensitive to cross contamination and he had no issues. Very busy place, recommend reservations!

Incredible. Their tempura batter is already GF, so you don’t have to worry about getting the wrong one. The tempura sushi was incredible - I could’ve cried getting to eat fried sushi safely. Will definitely be back.

AMAZING GF!! They had so many options! Had a variety of things- between sushi, appetizers, and our main dish everything was delicious. 10/10 recommend to anyone GF Or celiac, had tempura battered food, the chicken was amazing- and separate fryers for everything. The owner himself is celiacs so they very much understand the need of not cross contamination.

They do everything fried as GF so tempura battered anything is perfectly fine! They have so many options for sushi or dinner. They are very conscious and accommodating. I'm a sensitive celiac and have never had a problem!

Amazing food and service. Very allergy friendly, I do wish the chicken tempura was made in house like all other tempura (chicken was the only non gf tempura) as my kids would have loved that. They still enjoyed the yardbird dinner. I had the diver scallops dinner and it was cooked to perfection. My husband who isnt gf had the porkchop special (the meal was gf though) and said it was seriously the best porkchop he has had!

Delicious food, very knowledgeable of gluten free! When I said I had a gluten allergy he asked if I had celiac and said he would also add that in to the order! They do have a happy hour if you’re looking to go during that time you can get cheaper prices in small plates!

Our whole meal was amazing from start to finish. The cocktails were great and the fact that I had several options for hors d’oeuvres was incredible. The tempura shrimp was out of this world and we finished off the dinner with an amazing dessert. I had no worries and did not get sick!

This place was so good!! My husband and I went here for dinner and we tried multiple items on the menu! All were so delicious! Especially the butterscotch creme brûlée! I definitely recommend coming here, you won’t be disappointed!

We ate here twice during a recent stay in Park City. Staff was knowledgeable and attentive. Lots of gf options on the menu including gf tempura. Food was very good. We ordered shrimp and vegetable tempura as an appetizer but would have been a full meal for me with a side salad. Tempura dishes were $12 - $16 but the entrees are over $20. Would definitely eat here again.

Best gluten free meal I have had! Tempura is gluten free (the tempura shrimp and veggies we’re phenomenal. We also had the bad ass lobster tail bake. I didn’t feel as though I was missing out on anything!!!!!
