Asked the hostess about gluten free options and she said they could accommodate anything on the menu. Waitress scoffed at that. I ordered a filet and asked about the salad and potato included, as some restaurants add gluten to mashed potatoes. She told me none of the salads could be gluten free which makes. I sense but I didn’t want to risk it. I mentioned this was celiacs so cross contamination matters. They brought out my steak on a bed of fried onions. Yes expressed how important it was to bring out a new steak, not just put this one on a new plate. Manager came back with steak about 5 minutes later. Told him again that this is a medical condition and I couldn’t eat the same steak. He said they felt horrible and bumped this from another table that ordered after us. I should have been suspicious. Today I am sick.
