They make the best filling for key lime pie. Tart not to sweet the creaminess is sublime! No crust but that's okay. It does come frozen, but it is well worth the wait to enjoy. I have had it frozen or thawed doesn't matter its good either way. They even throw you a fork in the bag! Also they have key lime meringue cookies that are a great take along snack.

While visiting the Keys, I’ve been on a mission to seek out stores that carry GF Key Lime pie (happily, there are several amazing ones). I called Blond Giraffe to see if they had individual slices and they said yes. After I paid and opened the bag I found a tiny thing that looked like a cupcake. Turns out they bake the pie filling in a muffin tin with no crust. To make matters worse it was frozen solid. Don’t go here!

Gluten free key lime pie is delicious!

I was so excited to find The Blond Giraffe Key Lime Pie Factory has gluten free options. They called it a slice, but it is cupcake size and kept separate from the others.

They had other prepackaged foods and I was pleased to see that most either said “contains gluten” or “gluten free”.

We also purchased some key lime meringues that were gf and tasty.

Cutest little key lime pie store ever. They have gluten free if you ask, it is in a separate case. They also have other candy that is not made with gluten or wheat. Lastly, out back they have a place to put lovers locks which they sell.

They have GF key lime pie and a bottled key lime mango hot sauce. You have to ask for the pie. It’s kept in back frozen in a separate freezer!! Yummy.
