Review of Bloom Bistro

The owner is sensitive to gluten and was very knowledgeable about the cooking process and contamination risk.

I had a gluten free waffle but it was in a shared waffle iron. I was advised of this before ordering. They have two toasters so anything toasted can be guaranteed gluten free!

I was told the majority of the menu can be modified to be gluten free

I would recommend the potato fritters!!
