Local to my hometown and so nice to have a dedicated breakfast/lunch/coffee spot in town! Staff is really knowledgeable about gf and cross contamination. Delicious bagel sandwiches on Trader Joe’s gf bagels. Usually some gf baked goods in a separate case. Coffee won’t blow your socks off, but is tasty and many options. Space is cozy and comfortable.

Had the Syracuse Main bagel sandwich on a gluten free everything bagel - delicious! The folks here were super careful about my order and were super careful about avoiding cross contamination, without even being asked!

Great coffee! They have gluten free soup every day as well as gluten free bagels. They are really good about cross contamination, and I've never had an issue. If you're sensitive they let you know they can't do bagel sandwiches only a toasted bagel.
