I have eaten here many times. Menu is not marked but all the servers seem very knowledgeable and most meals can are gluten free or can be made gluten free. Fish and Chips (at this time only offered Friday and Saturday nights) are gluten free and excellent. (Fryer is safe). They usually offer at least one gluten free dessert.

Bloomsday is a hidden gem in the headhouse square section near Old City in Philly. They source local spirits, wines, and vermouth (vermut). Everything that goes in their fryer is dedicated gluten free- so you can have a LOT of the menu. It is very seafood and farm to table forward. I had the most flakiest hake fish and chips that were battered in vodka and rice flour. You wouldn’t know because it doesn’t say anywhere on their menu or website but several of their staff are celiac. I feel like this is the new normal where restaurants don’t go out of their way to promote being gf friendly unless you ask- hopefully this post and other visitors can encourage otherwise. It’s super cozy, quiet, and amazing staff. Already going back next month.
