No one knows what gluten is. The menu isn’t marked. Terrifying.

The food was pretty average for Vietnamese. They did not have gf soy sauce. Only gf options were rice and rice noodles. I ordered the beef curry and they brought it to me with fried onions on top of the rice, so I ordered new rice just to be safe. Started eating and noticed it came with a few hairs in it, the waiter was very nice about it and brought out a new one, but I ended up having a reaction later. Wouldn't recommend for celiacs.

had a good selection of gluten free menu items and the owner is knowledgable about gluten. definitely will go here again!
