Server was quite knowledgeable and quick to check with the kitchen if he was unsure. They had a dedicated fryer and I was able to have their wings with no issues. I asked what the best dishes to avoid cross contamination would be and he said anything that is quick sautéed to serve would be best. I had mushroom risotto, which was delicious, and I had no issues afterwards.
