Staff vary in their knowledge of gluten free options available and what is coeliac safe. The menu is not marked, one staff member did not know what options could be made gluten free. Another staff member knew exactly what options could be made gluten free, and knew to clarify that the fried options are not coeliac safe. I opted for a poke bowl which was delicious and fresh. It would be great if they could add allergen markings to their menu
