I'm celiac. The manager (owner?) was aware what that meant and honestly told me that most things on the menu labeled gluten free have a risk of cross-contamination because of shared grills, etc. He did make me lamb chops in a separate pan and I bet if you called in advance, they could arrange more. But if you are celiac or highly sensitive, do not rely on the menu and be prepared to either take a calculated risk or be disappointed.

Manager came over and explained dishes in detail that were GF. Grilled octopus and stuffed vegetables with rice were delicious
The owner is aware of gluten and problems related to it. He can suggest items from the menu although they do not have a menu. You need to advice them regarding cross contamination if you are speaking to the waitstaff. The owner will know about it but its good to remind him as well. The food is delicious!!
