Not gluten safe. I had the classic Benedict on supposedly gf toast. It tasted like cinnamon bread, so guessing they don’t have a dedicated toaster and it was cross contaminated. They said most everything on the menu could be made gluten free. But the waitress just stared st me when I pointed put the problem. I’m a new transplant to the area and I’m discovering in Kansas City there is very, very little understanding of gluten safety. Despite local sourcing and hip descriptions, the food itself was at the level of cheap pub food. I won’t go back.
