Blue Bird Sushi

I called ahead to see if they had anything gluten free on the menu or could make any items gluten free for me. They seemed confused and told me that was really hard because everything on the menu has a little gluten in it. I Wouldn't trust this place..

Came here for the good reviews, they had no idea what I was talking about when I asked for gluten free. I had to explain what might be gluten free. They do not have gluten free soy sauce, gluten free teriyaki, or any options that are definitely gf:(

Owner was very friendly and interested in making sure she understood Celiac needs. Tasty rolls both regular and Vegan

I didn't know vegan sushi could taste so good! They have regular sushi but I did not try it. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable and they have gluten free soy sauce. I felt completely safe and I did not get sick.
