I eat here regularly with no issues. Staff and chefs are knowledgeable about gluten free. I still always say “this is gluten free for an allergy if any cross contamination protocols can please be taken” or write that on the sushi menu. Only a couple rolls are gluten free but they will modify and we regularly get the sushi plate, gluten free, and they bring out three different rolls, modified to be gf. They do have gluten free soy sauce that they bring out in a cup but I have gf soy sauce packets I bring. I have also gotten the chicken phat bowl with rice and sweet chili sauce, reliably gluten free when I communicate the need.
