This was one of the best restaurants in Fremont, and our entire family enjoyed coming to it. The staff were by far the friendliest of any of the three main Seattle locations. However, the new management at blue c, who have a history of making bad decisions( significantly increasing pricing, removing many menu items, etc.), decided to shut down the Fremont branch and turn it into a catering service. We were incredibly disappointed and saddened when we came up to the door and found an incredibly vague and lengthy notice instead of our awaited food.
Everything on the belt is clearly labeled. They even have some California rolls with real crab. YUMmmmmm. They even have gf tamari.
Yes
My kids love this place. My daughter has never gotten sick here, but I do notice that they use the same knife and cutting boards for their California rolls (wheat in the fake crab) and their gluten free rolls. Sushi is just ok.
I have celiacs and I'm very very sensitive. I didn't get sick here but it was very hard with multiple food allergies. Everything is clearly marked gluten free or vegan. We can't eat eggs or milk but do eat meat so we don't necessarily eat vegan so it was hard to determine what had other allergens in it. Great food and my toddler had a blast picking her sushi off the belt.
Reliable source of gluten-free sushi basics. Always have GF tamari and the menu is well-marked with GF choices. They even have GF cookies on the belt. They can make things special and quickly if you want alternatives. Happy Hour naked it affordable.

This restaurant is closed...........
Conveyor-belt style sushi place; sushi is very clearly marked gluten-free on the menu, very easy and delicious! Gluten free cookies and rice krispy treats too!
Great conveyor belt sushi! The gluten free items are clearly labeled in the menu and on the conveyor belt itself. Yummy miso soup.
Yes
I went in one day (about two months ago) and asked them to confirm if their sushi rice was gluten free since some recipes use a vinegar with wheat. The host came back and told me the sushi rice was NOT gluten free and that it was not safe to eat anything there with a gluten intolerance due to shared surfaces.
It is possible I encountered a difficult and unhelpful employee, but someone should try to re-confirm this with the restaurant...
No
Their menu clearly marks gluten free, which is great. Sushi is pretty good and they have lots of options but you may need to order it since it's a conveyer belt restaurant and things get snatched quick.
