Review of Blue Collar Bistro

Great pizza, made to order. Wonderful and talented chefs right in the middle of our little town of Clyde. Not your run of the mill ingredients either. $8 for a 10 inch pizza with wonderful toppings. I loved the duck confit and goat cheese.
